Located in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, Real Help Communications has been providing audio production and related services since 1990. Since then, we’ve produced virtually every kind of audio program, for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to individual training practitioners. Now, 15+ years later, we’ve delivered well over 500,000 WAV files across thousands and thousands of scripts in use in close to 30 countries worldwide. The secret to our success? We not only understand audio production and engineering, but we understand the training process end-to-end – we’ve not only developed complete courses but have also supported them in virtually every major industry from insurance to software to pharmaceuticals. You name it, we’ve done it.

One of the great benefits of being located in the Philadelphia area is the wealth of talent we have here. Dozens of major motion pictures, including not only all of the M. Night Shyamalan films but other award winning films such as Philadelphia, Twelve Monkeys, Fallen, and Beloved have been shot here in recent years. And yet, in spite of this success, our talent are still extremely competitively priced when compared to other national U.S. voice talent.

And despite the trend toward the use of inexpensive (and often inexperienced) voice talent who are working from their home studios, Real Help Communications still records every session in their own professional studio here in PA, allowing us to achieve a level of sound quality and consistency that’s just not possible when working with those individual talent – or the companies who simply broker them. When was the last time you met a voice artist who was also a talented audio engineer, or an experienced producer? Because providing excellent voiceover production requires both creative talent and engineering expertise, it’s very rare to find that in a single person.
